Pepsi challenges Dubai to a Global Village food adventure
Scan, taste, and collect stamps to win exciting prizes

Dubai has a new food challenge that dares residents and tourists to take on some of the most exciting and flavour-packed dishes.
Pepsi and Global Village, the region’s leading multicultural entertainment destination, have teamed up to create a unique culinary journey where participants explore the world through food.
With more than 250 dining options and 30 pavilions representing 90 cultures, Global Village is the perfect backdrop for this one-of-a-kind adventure.
How it works
Participants can pick up a Pepsi Fizz Guide and collect stamps as they sample a variety of dishes. The first three individuals to complete the guide will win a cash prize, while others can earn limited-edition Pepsi merchandise by trying at least one dish from every cuisine. Running until April 14, the campaign is an interactive way to explore global flavours while competing for exciting rewards.
At the heart of the challenge is the Pepsi booth, conveniently located between the Main Stage and Dragon Lake. Here, participants scan their Pepsi bottle to unlock their Pep Pass, which grants access to the challenge. From spicy delicacies to signature regional dishes, every meal brings new tastes and experiences. Guests can enjoy their meals in comfortable seating areas while soaking up the vibrant atmosphere of Global Village.
A celebration of food and culture
Pepsi’s collaboration with Global Village is more than just a competition – it is a tribute to the diverse cultures that make up Dubai. Mohamed Shelbaya, SVP & CEO of PepsiCo Middle East & North Africa Beverage, highlighted the campaign’s cultural significance, stating, “Dubai is one of the most culturally diverse cities in the world, and through this experience, we invite people to discover cuisines from every corner of the globe, made even better with Pepsi.”
Ahmed Al-Serkal, Chairman of Dubai Refreshment Company PJSC, echoed this sentiment, noting that Ramadan is a time of unity. “This activation is about bringing families and friends together over food, fun, and friendly competition. Through our partnership with Global Village, we aim to create memorable experiences for all visitors.”

Sustainability and rewards
Beyond the food challenge, sustainability is also a focus. A recycle-to-win initiative encourages visitors to dispose of their Pepsi bottles responsibly, with rewards ranging from free gifts and custom merchandise to a complimentary Pepsi Zero Extra Fizz.
For over 70 years, PepsiCo has been an integral part of the Middle East’s food culture, creating shared moments of joy. Whether it’s a cold Pepsi on a hot day or a bag of Lay’s passed among friends, these little rituals bring people together. Now, with this Global Village challenge, Pepsi continues to enhance dining experiences in Dubai, making every bite even better.
