DUBAI: Dubai Safari Park is bringing back its exclusive ‘Iftar in the Wild’ experience this Ramadan, offering guests an extraordinary opportunity to break their fast in the heart of nature.
With limited slots available each evening, visitors can enjoy a private dining experience beside the lion or giraffe habitats, combining a memorable meal with an immersive wildlife adventure.
Set within the lush greenery of Dubai Safari Park, ‘Iftar in the Wild’ allows guests to choose between two intimate dining settings: overlooking the majestic lions or the graceful giraffes. The experience extends beyond dining, as guests can explore six themed zones, embark on an Arabian Desert Safari tour, and enjoy a serene evening in Al Wadi, a peaceful sanctuary within the park.
Before iftar, guests have the chance to engage in unique wildlife encounters, such as feeding giraffes or observing lions in their nocturnal habitat. A dedicated zoologist will accompany guests, sharing insights into animal behaviour and conservation efforts.
‘Iftar in the Wild’
Dubai Safari Park’s commitment to animal welfare and education remains at the core of this experience. ‘Iftar in the Wild’ is carefully designed to respect the natural routines of the animals while providing guests with an opportunity to deepen their understanding of wildlife conservation.
Muna Al Hajeri, Director of Dubai Safari Park, stated: “Ramadan holds deep significance for us, especially this year as we celebrate the ‘Year of Community’. At Dubai Safari Park, we believe that community starts with nature, and we are delighted to offer guests a meaningful opportunity to connect with wildlife during a time of togetherness. This year, we are creating a space where guests can embrace the spirit of Ramadan at the heart of the park, experiencing not only a unique dining experience but also an educational journey that reinforces the values of conservation and harmony with nature.”
Extended hours for Ramadan
During Ramadan, Dubai Safari Park will remain open from 10AM to 6PM, with exclusive extended hours until 8PM for guests attending ‘Iftar in the Wild’. This allows visitors to fully experience the park’s attractions and conservation initiatives in a relaxed evening setting.
Additionally, Dubai Safari Park has introduced a special Ramadan offer, allowing visitors to purchase two tickets for the price of one, encouraging more families to enjoy the park’s diverse experiences.
