RIYADH: Saudi Arabia’s Ministry of Hajj and Umrah has officially launched Hajj 1446 (2025) packages for domestic pilgrims, allowing Saudi citizens and residents to book their pilgrimage via the Nusuk app and online portal.
The initiative prioritises first-time pilgrims, aligning with the Kingdom’s efforts to make Hajj more accessible to a wider audience.
To book a package, pilgrims must fulfil the mandatory meningitis vaccination requirement, with appointment scheduling available through the Sehhaty app. The ministry has also provided a 24/7 Pilgrims' Care Center at 1966 and an official support account on X (@MOHU_Care) for inquiries.
Hajj 2025: Digital bookings
The Nusuk platform offers a seamless booking experience, enabling pilgrims to browse available packages, select preferred accommodations, and complete payments through multiple options. The app also allows users to purchase essential Hajj items, such as ihram clothing and personal necessities, further simplifying the preparation process. Additionally, flight tickets can be booked within the selected packages, ensuring a streamlined journey for pilgrims.
Alkhobar resident Arif Anwar welcomed the launch, saying, “It’s great news. I was waiting for this moment. Now I can book for myself and my family.” Similarly, Jeddah resident Abdulrahman Qahtani expressed his enthusiasm: “I have been eager to perform Hajj this year, and with the ministry’s requirements fulfilled, I will apply via Nusuk.”
