DUBAI: The 9th Turkish Airlines World Golf Cup has made its triumphant return to Dubai, capturing the attention of corporate players and golf enthusiasts alike.
Hosted at the scenic Dubai Creek & Yacht Club on October 29, the tournament once again highlighted the city's status as a global golf hub.
The event drew a remarkable assembly of local dignitaries and members of the business community, all eager to witness the fierce competition.
Since its inception in 2013, the Turkish Airlines World Golf Cup has evolved into the world's most prominent corporate golf tournament, now encompassing over 8,000 players across more than 118 tournaments in 67 countries.

The Dubai leg of the competition was the 103rd of this year's 118 tournaments, leading up to the Grand Finals in Turkiye later this year. The top players from each event are not only vying for glory but also the opportunity to experience the breathtaking Gloria Serenity Resort & Gloria Golf Club along the Turkish Golf Coast.
Alok Pant emerged victorious in Dubai, amassing an impressive 45 points to claim the champion title, while Sameer Baht finished as the runner-up, and Gregory Mathieu secured third place. In the Closest to the Pin competition, Narinda Ahuja took the men’s title, with Nonita Chand winning for the women. The coveted lowest gross score was achieved by Lee I’Ons, who finished at +4.
