DUBAI: Step into the spirit of Easter with an unforgettable dining experience at Armani Hotel Dubai.

Nestled within the iconic Burj Khalifa, the hotel’s celebrated restaurants, Armani/Ristorante and Armani/Deli, are offering specially curated five-course menus designed to elevate the festive season.

Michelin-starred elegance

Armani/Ristorante, awarded one Michelin star, invites guests to an exquisite Easter celebration from 19th to 21st April. Under the expert craftsmanship of Head Chef Giovanni, the five-course menu blends seasonal ingredients with refined Italian culinary artistry.

The experience begins with Carota, a delicate puffed carrot bun topped with Krystal caviar and sour cream, followed by Capasanta, featuring Hokkaido scallops crudo paired with green asparagus and strawberry. The pasta course presents Ravioli in Verde, handmade ravioli infused with herbs, sheep ricotta, and fresh green peas, enhanced by the flavour of purple prawn.

For the mains, diners can savour Rombo Chiodato, a wild turbot dish complemented by fennel, radicchio, and a spiced buttermilk sauce. The second main, Coniglio, showcases slow-cooked rabbit loin with shallot paste, confit rhubarb, and fruit mustard jus. The indulgent finale, Uovo in Rosa, offers a cherry-infused dessert with a crunchy almond base and a hint of tarragon.

Set against Armani/Ristorante’s signature ambiance of sophistication, the Easter dining experience is priced at Dh650 per person.

A taste of Italy

For those seeking a refined yet relaxed celebration, Armani/Deli presents a specially crafted five-course Easter menu that highlights the richness of Italian flavours. Running from 19th to 21st April, this exclusive culinary experience brings together high-quality ingredients and traditional techniques.

The journey begins with Uovo Morbido e Pisellini Primavera, a luxurious soft poached egg served with sweet peas, potato foam, black truffle, and country bread. Next is Risotto Asparagi e Burrata, an asparagus risotto enhanced with creamy burrata, followed by Casoncelli di Agnello, Fave e Pecorino, featuring braised lamb ravioli enriched with pecorino fondue and broad beans.

For the main course, the Secondo Piatto presents wild chicken served with celeriac purée and violet artichoke fondant. The meal concludes on a sweet note with Pasqua Loop, a dessert crafted with white chocolate, sesame mousse, and lemon curd choux.
