DUBAI: Following the success of Moonstone Interiors by Missoni, launched last year in Ras Al Khaimah (RAK), Missoni and DURAR OCTA have announced their latest venture – Trio Isle Interiors by Missoni.
The project will bring a distinctive blend of high-end living and Italian design to Al Marjan Island, a premier waterfront destination in the UAE.
DURAR, a leading luxury developer, and OCTA Properties, a key player in UAE real estate management, have joined forces as DURAR OCTA FZ LLC to develop this ambitious project. The iconic Italian brand Missoni, globally renowned for its bold use of colours, geometric patterns, and high-end aesthetics, is set to deliver another masterpiece of refined luxury.
Trio Isle Interiors by Missoni will be located on Al Marjan Island, a man-made marvel extending 4.5 km into the sea and spanning 2.7 million square metres. The development will feature three striking buildings, each offering flawless finishes and a variety of lifestyle amenities.

Designed to redefine luxury living, the project will offer residents a resort-like experience with its signature ‘TRIO effect’:

Missoni’s signature interiors will be present in every detail, from the spacious one-, two-, and three-bedroom residences to the common areas, creating an exclusive and immersive living experience.
Al Marjan Island
Al Marjan Island is widely known for its pristine beaches and scenic waterfront views. RAK itself has been gaining momentum as a sought-after destination for both tourists and expatriates, offering a unique mix of rich heritage, natural landscapes, and contemporary amenities.

Future developments
The development is expected to be completed by the end of 2027. Meanwhile, DURAR Group continues to strengthen its reputation with a portfolio that includes MASA Residence and Moonstone Interiors by Missoni, both on Al Marjan Island.
OCTA Properties, known for successfully managing multiple branded developments, is set to launch 14 new projects in Dubai by March 2025, with a total value exceeding Dh9 billion by June 2025.
