Two Dubai residents have been commended by the authorities for their outstanding honesty after they handed over lost jewellery and money.
The valuables were discovered within the jurisdiction of Naif Police Station, and both individuals turned them in without hesitation.
Mohammad Azam and Saeed Ahmad were honoured with certificates of appreciation for their responsible actions, which officials said reflect the core values upheld by the UAE society.

The commendation was presented by Brigadier Expert Omar Ashour, Acting Director of Naif Police Station, who praised the men for their exemplary conduct. “This gesture demonstrates the spirit of cooperation and shared responsibility we seek to promote,” he stated. Brigadier Ashour highlighted that such actions strengthen community trust and contribute to the nation’s positive global image. He noted that Dubai Police are committed to encouraging acts of integrity and fostering a culture of civic engagement.
