How to apply for Blue Visa
Applying for the Blue Visa is a structured process managed by the Federal Authority for Identity, Citizenship, Customs, and Port Security (ICP). The process begins with a nomination request, which serves as a prerequisite for submitting a full application.
To apply, the following steps must be followed:

This includes submitting proof of their environmental contributions, academic credentials, and other personal documentation. The ICP platform provides an online application process, where all required details must be entered, including passport information, contact details, and employment history.

For those outside the UAE, a six-month multiple-entry visa is required to complete the Blue Residency application process, which costs Dh1,250.
Fees and costs
The application process for the Blue Residency visa includes various fees:

The Blue Residency Visa is part of the nation’s sustainability drive for 2024, with significant emphasis placed on encouraging environmental stewardship and green innovation.
The UAE’s long-term visa programs, including the Blue Visa, are strategic initiatives designed to attract top talent from across the world.
