Wizz Air launches first long-haul route: Abu Dhabi to Milan from AED 429
Commencing on June 2, 2025, this new service offers passengers the most sustainable option for intercontinental travel
Abu Dhabi: Wizz Air has set a new benchmark in the aviation industry, becoming the first Ultra Low-Cost Carrier (ULCC) to operate the revolutionary Airbus A321XLR aircraft. This groundbreaking move will allow the airline to offer unprecedentedly low fares on long-haul routes, starting with daily direct flights between Milan and Abu Dhabi from June 2nd, 2025.

Tickets for the new Abu Dhabi-Milan route start from a mere AED 429 (approximately USD 117), making long-distance travel more accessible than ever before. Between January & August 2024, Wizz Air Abu Dhabi operated more than 11,000 flights and carried more than 1.7 million passengers from/to the UAE Capital.
