DUBAI: With just 12 days to go until the ICC Champions Trophy 2025, the excitement is reaching new heights as the official tournament anthem, Jeeto Baazi Khel Ke, has been released.
Sung by Pakistan’s renowned playback singer Atif Aslam, the anthem is set to energise cricket fans worldwide.
Produced by Abdullah Siddiqui, with lyrics by Adnan Dhool and Asfandyar Asad, the anthem is accompanied by a dynamic music video that celebrates Pakistan’s rich culture, capturing the passion of cricket.
Atif Aslam, expressing his enthusiasm, shared his deep connection with the sport, recalling his childhood dream of becoming a fast bowler and his love for high-stakes matches, especially the India-Pakistan encounters.
The ICC Champions Trophy 2025 marks the tournament’s return after eight years and Pakistan’s first ICC event hosting in nearly three decades. Initially planned entirely in Pakistan, the event will now follow a hybrid model, with India’s matches scheduled in Dubai due to security concerns. The 15-match tournament, running from February 19 to March 9, will feature the top eight ODI teams, including defending champions Pakistan.
One of the most anticipated clashes, India vs. Pakistan, will take place in Dubai on February 23, with tickets selling out within an hour, underscoring the rivalry’s intensity. The competition will see teams battle for the coveted white jackets in a thrilling race for glory.
