This complimentary pass, introduced in partnership with the Department of Culture and Tourism – Abu Dhabi (DCT Abu Dhabi), now includes a range of exclusive perks, making visits more rewarding than ever.
The enhanced pass offers a free tourist SIM card with 10GB of data, unlimited public transport access, and up to 50 percent savings on top attractions, hotels, and dining. Additionally, it grants 24-hour unlimited rides on the hop-on-hop-off tourist bus, connecting visitors to Abu Dhabi’s most iconic landmarks.
How to access Abu Dhabi Pass
Etihad passengers will receive an email containing a link to claim their digital Abu Dhabi Pass. No additional downloads or applications are required, making it a seamless experience for travellers.
Pass holders can also redeem exclusive discounts on hotel stays, guided city tours, desert safaris, and more. The process is simple: once registered, users receive vouchers and QR codes, which they can present at participating venues.

The Abu Dhabi Pass is a key initiative supporting Abu Dhabi’s Tourism Strategy 2030, which aims to attract 39.3 million visitors, create 178,000 new jobs, and contribute Dh90 billion to the economy by the end of the decade.
Last year, Etihad’s stopover programme brought in 85,000 international visitors—up from 12,000 in 2023. This year, the airline expects to host over 130,000 stopover guests, marking a 50 per cent year-on-year increase. The airline also continues to offer free hotel stays for up to two nights for those booking a stopover in Abu Dhabi.
