DUBAI: Etihad Airways is set to launch a new flight route connecting Abu Dhabi and Peshawar, further strengthening its footprint in Pakistan.
Starting 29th September 2025, the UAE’s national airline will operate five weekly flights between Zayed International Airport and Bacha Khan International Airport, before transitioning to daily service from 22nd November.
This expansion underlines Etihad’s commitment to increasing access between the Gulf and South Asia.
Abu Dhabi to Peshawar
The new service will be operated using Etihad’s Airbus A320 family aircraft. Each flight will accommodate 158 passengers, including eight Business Class and 150 Economy seats.
Travellers can expect the airline’s award-winning service onboard, known for its comfort and reliability.
Etihad’s Pakistan network
The Peshawar route adds to Etihad’s growing network across Pakistan, which already includes cities such as Islamabad, Lahore, and Karachi.
Alongside the new service, Etihad will also enhance its Karachi offering, with flight frequency increasing to 17 times per week from 1st October 2025.
The developments are aimed at strengthening connections between Pakistan and Etihad’s global destinations spanning Europe, North America, Africa, and the Gulf.
