Dubai: Dubai Duty-Free announced the winners of their latest Millennium Millionaire and Finest Surprise draw held on August 7th, 2023. A Canadian national, Mr. Hisham Alshelh, became a lucky millionaire with ticket number 4481, purchased on his way to Istanbul on July 24th.
Mr. Alshelh, currently unreachable, is the 10th Canadian to win the Millennium Millionaire promotion since its inception in 1999. Dubai Duty-Free officials are attempting to contact him to share the exciting news.
Other winners drive away with luxury prizes
The draw also saw two other lucky winners walk away with luxurious vehicles. Mrs. Priya Somy, a 35-year-old Indian national residing in Dubai, won a Range Rover Sport in the Finest Surprise draw (ticket number 0533). A regular participant and mother of two, Mrs. Somy expressed her disbelief and gratitude to Dubai Duty-Free.
Finally, Mr. Taalaibek Rysbaev, a 35-year-old Kyrgyz national based in Dubai, won an Indian FTR X R Carbon motorbike (ticket number 0501) in the Finest Surprise draw. Another frequent participant, Mr. Rysbaev, who works for a retail company, was thrilled with his win.
