DUBAI: Four Seasons, a global leader in luxury hospitality and branded residences, has announced plans to establish an ultra-luxury beach resort and private residences in Ras Al Khaimah.
Developed in partnership with RAK Properties, the project will be a key part of the 400-hectare (1,000-acre) Mina development, an exclusive waterfront community designed for unparalleled island living.
Four Seasons Resort and Residences Ras Al Khaimah at Mina is set to introduce an elevated standard of luxury hospitality and residential experiences. The project will feature approximately 150 rooms, suites, and signature villas, alongside 130 exclusive private residences, offering a blend of contemporary design and world-class amenities.

Situated amid the serene waters of the Arabian Gulf, Mina’s two-island design will offer breathtaking views of the Hajar Mountains and access to an 18-kilometre (11-mile) waterfront, featuring pristine private beaches. The resort and residences will be seamlessly integrated into Mina’s vibrant lifestyle ecosystem, which includes high-end waterfront restaurants, a yacht club, and leisure attractions.
An iconic development in Mina

The development is positioned near Mina’s key attractions, including the Yacht Club, Wharf, and Boulevard, creating a premier destination for both residents and visitors. The globally renowned architectural firm Killa Design has been appointed to lead the concept master plan for the Four Seasons project at Mina.
World-class amenities
Four Seasons Resort Ras Al Khaimah will provide a curated collection of accommodations and facilities catering to diverse guest preferences. Located just an hour from Dubai International Airport and 30 minutes from Ras Al Khaimah International Airport, the resort offers effortless accessibility.
Key features of the resort will include an expansive wellness centre with 10 treatment rooms, a beauty salon, and a fully equipped fitness centre. Families and leisure seekers will benefit from multiple pools, paddle and tennis courts, a basketball court, and dedicated spaces for children and young adults through the Kids For All Seasons programme. For events, the resort will house a grand ballroom and elegant indoor and outdoor event spaces designed to accommodate gatherings of all sizes.
Exclusive residential offerings at Four Seasons Private Residences Ras Al Khaimah will include four-to-six-bedroom villas and two-to-five-bedroom luxury apartments. Fully managed by Four Seasons, the residences will offer services such as housekeeping, concierge support, and in-residence dining. Homeowners can also participate in a flexible rental programme, ensuring expert property management whether they are in residence or away.
Four Seasons expands in UAE
The Ras Al Khaimah project joins Four Seasons’ growing presence in the UAE, complementing its existing portfolio, which includes Four Seasons Resort Dubai at Jumeirah Beach, Four Seasons Hotel Dubai International Financial Centre, and Four Seasons Hotel Abu Dhabi at Al Maryah Island. Additionally, the brand is set to launch Four Seasons Private Residences Dubai at DIFC.
