Delta, Riyadh Air partner to boost US-Saudi Arabia travel
Both airlines have pledged to prioritise sustainable practices throughout their operations as they reshape the future of travel.
Riyadh: A new digital airline, Riyadh Air, based in Saudi Arabia, and Delta Air Lines, a leading global carrier, joined forces on July 9, 2024, at the Delta Flight Museum in Atlanta, Georgia, aimed at strengthening connectivity, expanding networks, and driving future growth for both airlines.
Shared goals and commitment

Robust partnership
The agreement, subject to regulatory approval, outlines a comprehensive strategic partnership. This includes interline and codeshare connectivity, allowing passengers to travel on a single ticket using both airlines' services. Additionally, the partnership will encompass deeper collaboration in areas such as loyalty programs, digital transformation, and broader aviation services like maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO), ground handling, and training.
