DUBAI: Brand Dubai, the creative arm of the Government of Dubai Media Office, has released the highly anticipated sixth edition of its ‘Ramadan Recipes Guide’, showcasing 40 carefully curated dishes.

Created in collaboration with some of Dubai’s most renowned chefs, restaurants, and cafes, the digital guide is part of the annual #RamadaninDubai campaign and offers a mix of traditional and modern culinary inspirations.

The 2025 edition brings together a diverse array of recipes designed to enhance the Ramadan dining experience. The guide encourages residents and visitors to explore Dubai’s vibrant food scene by recreating dishes inspired by local and international flavours.

Celebrating culinary talent

Shaima Al Suwaidi, Director of Brand Dubai, expressed her appreciation for the contributors who brought this year’s edition to life. “We are pleased to collaborate with 10 exceptional restaurants and cafes from Brand Dubai’s ‘Proudly from Dubai’ network and 10 highly skilled chefs who have demonstrated outstanding expertise in their field. Brand Dubai’s latest guide is a celebration of their achievements and an opportunity to introduce the wider community to unique recipes during the Holy Month of Ramadan,” she said.

The 2025 edition also spotlights four Emirati chefs, whose expertise has gained them recognition among local families and Dubai’s diverse community. Al Suwaidi highlighted that their inclusion in the guide underscores the growing influence of Emirati culinary talent and their role in shaping the evolving food culture of the emirate.

A blend of Emirati and global flavours

Khawla Al Hashmi, Member of the Organising Committee of the #RamadanInDubai campaign, shared insights into the diversity of this year’s featured chefs, restaurants, and cafes. “This edition features four accomplished Emirati chefs alongside six renowned chefs from the region and beyond.
