Region’s first airside suite and bespoke services redefine private aviation standards
DUBAI: ExecuJet Middle East, a prominent name in private aviation, has unveiled a groundbreaking private jet terminal at the Mohammed bin Rashid Aerospace Hub in Dubai South.
The 15,000-square-metre facility, developed in partnership with Luxaviation Group and Alpha Middle East Holdings, marks a significant leap in luxury aviation.
Officially inaugurated in the presence of Sheikh Ahmed bin Saeed Al Maktoum, the terminal aligns with Dubai’s vision to strengthen its position as a global aviation hub.
Cutting-edge features
Boasting unparalleled amenities, the facility combines luxury and efficiency to cater to the demands of premium travellers. Highlights include the region’s first airside suite, a private cocktail and cigar lounge, and a Majlis lounge designed by acclaimed designer Nada Debs.
The expansive, climate-controlled 7,000-square-metre hangar ensures aircraft security and privacy, meeting the needs of the world’s most discerning clientele.
Tailored services
ExecuJet’s new terminal offers bespoke services that extend beyond expectations. Travellers can access private spa and grooming facilities, a high-tech conference room, and a dedicated kids' lounge. This focus on personalised experiences ensures that both business and leisure travellers enjoy unmatched comfort and convenience.
Innovative partnerships
Adding a unique cultural touch, ExecuJet has partnered with Opera Gallery to curate an exclusive art collection displayed throughout the terminal. Available only to passengers, this collaboration transforms the facility into more than just an aviation terminal–it becomes a cultural retreat.
Further complementing the terminal is a state-of-the-art Dassault Aviation-owned maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) facility. Offering comprehensive support for a wide range of OEM products, it underscores ExecuJet’s commitment to operational excellence.
Vision for growth
“This terminal is not just a milestone for ExecuJet but a testament to Dubai’s relentless pursuit of innovation and excellence,” said Hadi Mouawad, Executive Director of ExecuJet Middle East. “We are redefining the private aviation experience, catering to modern travellers and operators.”
