MAG City's new app: The ultimate game-changer for resource coordination
Discover how MAG city residents are enjoying seamless living with a revolutionary new app - efficiency, convenience, and community engagement redefined!
Dubai: HITEK Services, part of the Farnek group, has unveiled a state-of-the-art community app for MAG, a prominent real estate developer in the UAE. The advanced digital platform is set to revolutionize the living experience for residents of MAG City, offering a range of features designed to enhance convenience, efficiency, and community engagement.
User-friendly interface streamlines management
Developed in-house by HITEK’s technology experts, the white-label app, licensed to MAG, provides a unified and user-friendly interface for managing all aspects of residential living. Residents can streamline customer registration, manage profiles, purchase Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) packages, and request on-demand maintenance services online.
Javeria Aijaz, Managing Director of HITEK, noted, “The HITEK Community App offers MAG City management, tenants, and owners a real-time dashboard for complete visibility into the handover status of individual units, aiming to make the move-in process as stress-free and streamlined as possible.”
The app supports efficient property management
MAG City’s management can also grant service providers access to the app to monitor service agreements and track progress during the Defect Liability Period (DLP). This phase allows for the identification and rectification of any construction faults or delays, ensuring timely resolution.
MAG City: A modern residential community
MAG City, located in District 7 of Meydan, is a modern mixed-use residential community with 247 units, including studios, one-bedroom apartments, and two- to four-bedroom townhouses. The community features green spaces and landscaped gardens, creating a serene living environment.
The app aims to simplify and enhance everyday living
Mohamed Moghrabi, Chief Development Officer at MAG Property Development, emphasized that the app is part of MAG’s broader effort to streamline and simplify the move-in process and create an integrated system for property-related requests.
The app aims to offer a comprehensive solution for everyday living, from routine task management to fostering community interaction. It includes features such as detailed payment histories, reminders, feedback options, and support for move-in and move-out processes. Security and privacy were key considerations, with advanced data protection measures and secure transaction protocols implemented.
Community engagement and maintenance support
Community engagement is a core feature, with the app keeping residents informed about local events and providing forums for interaction with neighbours. MAG has also partnered with Farnek Group’s home maintenance company, Hitches & Glitches, to deliver a wide range of maintenance services. With over 100 technicians, Hitches & Glitches will handle everything from electrical and plumbing repairs to gardening and general handyman jobs.
Comprehensive management tool
For property managers, the app offers a dedicated portal with a comprehensive dashboard for managing AMCs, customers, and tasks, promoting transparency and efficiency. Hitches & Glitches will support residents and management during the DLP to ensure properties are completed to the highest standards and on schedule.
