New Beachfront Gates project sparks buying frenzy in Dubai South
Over 100 units sold on day one

Dubai South Properties has launched Beachfront Gates, an exclusive apartment development in the Residential District, responding to growing demand for housing in the area.
The project follows the highly successful South Living development, reinforcing Dubai South’s status as a prime residential hub.
Beachfront Gates consists of two residential towers, both offering breathtaking views of the lagoon and surrounding beachfront community. Currently, only Beachfront Gates Tower 2 is available for purchase, featuring 157 units ranging from one- to three-bedroom apartments and a select number of podium units with expansive terraces.
The development prioritises comfort, with spacious living rooms, en-suite bathrooms, closed kitchens, and large balconies ensuring ample natural light and ventilation.

World-class amenities
Designed with families in mind, the project includes dedicated children’s play areas, entertainment zones, and separate swimming pools for adults and kids. Additionally, podium decks offer a variety of sports and recreational facilities, catering to an active lifestyle.
Strong market response
The launch has already seen remarkable success, with over 100 units sold on the first day. Nabil Al Kindi, CEO of Dubai South Properties, highlighted the project’s investment appeal, stating: “The successful launch and sell-out of our South Living project confirm Dubai South’s position among the top locations for end-users and investors. The positive market sentiment has encouraged us to introduce Beachfront Gates. With its strategic location near Al Maktoum International Airport, spacious units, high return on investment, seamless connectivity, and state-of-the-art amenities, we anticipate a strong response from buyers.”
A thriving residential district
Dubai South’s Residential District is rapidly growing, now home to over 25,000 residents. To enhance community living, Dubai South has introduced key amenities, including public parks, sports courts, retail outlets, and a 50,000 square-foot hypermarket. Additional conveniences include a mosque, petrol station, and a public bus route linking the district to the Expo Metro station.
