ECO WALK 2024: Thousands unite in Dubai for sustainability and climate action
A step toward a greener UAE at Expo City
DUBAI: Expo City Dubai has turned into a hub of environmental activism as ECO WALK 2024 brings together hundreds of participants in a powerful show of commitment to a sustainable future.
Held at Al Forsan Park, the event was a vibrant celebration of the UAE’s green vision, bolstered by the nation’s “Plant the Emirates” initiative, which aims to tackle climate challenges through collective action.
The event featured the distribution of 1,000 plants and 5,000 Ghaf seeds, with a goal to plant 2,000 Ghaf trees – a resilient symbol of environmental dedication.
