DUBAI: Kleindienst Group, a global business conglomerate and the master developer of The Heart of Europe on Dubai’s World Islands, has announced a significant expansion in Dubai’s hospitality sector.

The company is set to add 5,000 five-star hotel rooms to the city, marking a 10% increase in the emirate’s current five-star hotel inventory.

This expansion will not only elevate Dubai’s luxury hospitality offerings but also position Kleindienst Group as the largest five-star hotel developer in the city.

Dubai's five-star hotel room inventory, according to Dubai’s Department of Economy and Tourism, currently stands at 52,750 rooms. With Kleindienst's new project, the city’s status as a premier global tourism destination will be further solidified, contributing significantly to Dubai's thriving hospitality sector.

Major milestone for Hotel London

Kleindienst Group is also celebrating a major milestone for its Hotel London project, marking a 20% completion milestone.

The Dh500 million hotel will blend British elegance with modern sustainable practices, offering guests a mix of heritage and innovation. This property is part of the group’s broader vision for The Heart of Europe, a mega-project valued at $6 billion.

The development will span six islands on the World Islands and is expected to host over 20 hotels and resorts, including 5,000 luxury rooms. This expansion is one of the most ambitious in Dubai’s hospitality history.

In a statement, Josef Kleindienst, Founder and Chairman of Kleindienst Group, expressed the significance of the company’s achievements: “Achieving a position where we constitute 10% of Dubai’s five-star hotel inventory and becoming the largest five-star hotel developer is a significant milestone for us. It reinforces our commitment to cementing Dubai’s position as the world’s leading luxury tourism destination.”

The expansion aligns with the objectives of the Dubai 2040 Urban Master Plan, which prioritises sustainable development. Kleindienst Group’s projects are also in support of Dubai Economic Agenda ‘D33’, which aims to further boost tourism through world-class infrastructure, including hotels, resorts, and attractions. Kleindienst’s developments are designed to offer investors a secure, long-term opportunity with 100% return on investment over 12 years, reflecting both financial and sustainable growth.

The Heart of Europe

Kleindienst Group’s flagship project, The Heart of Europe, is an innovative, luxury destination located just six kilometres off the Dubai coastline. The project will comprise six unique islands, each inspired by a different European country, and will feature 5,000 keys across various accommodation types, including beachfront villas, deluxe hotels, and an underwater living experience.

The development will also offer world-class amenities such as a climate-controlled raining street and the region's first Coral Institute, focused on marine ecosystem protection and restoration.

The group's commitment to sustainability is evident in its innovative use of renewable energy sources and eco-friendly technologies. The expansion of The Heart of Europe promises not only to shape Dubai’s future as a global hospitality hub but also to provide guests with an exceptional and sustainable luxury experience.
