UAE’s premier multicultural destination opens gates for Season 29
Global Village, Dubai’s top family destination for multicultural experiences, is back for its 29th season, promising to be bigger and better than ever.
Starting today, visitors can explore a vast array of attractions, with this season featuring 30 pavilions representing over 90 cultures from around the world.
The opening ceremony kicks off at 6:00 PM, marking the beginning of a season filled with excitement, cultural richness, and entertainment.
A World of Cultures Under One Roof
This season, Global Village is poised to break records, boasting over 3,500 shopping outlets, 250 dining options, and more than 40,000 shows. The introduction of three new cultural pavilions – Jordan, Iraq, and Sri Lanka & Bangladesh – adds even more diversity to the event. Each pavilion offers visitors the chance to explore the unique heritage, cuisine, and shopping experiences of these nations.
A Foodie's Paradise
Food lovers are in for a treat this season, as the Global Village introduces new culinary experiences, including the all-new Restaurant Plaza featuring 11 double-story restaurants. Fiesta Street has also been revamped with vibrant double-story street kiosks, offering Instagram-worthy dining spots. Visitors can indulge in global cuisines at the beautifully redesigned Railway Market and Floating Market, both enhanced with fresh themes and photogenic aesthetics.
Spacious Green Promenades
New to Season 29 are the expansive green promenades, offering visitors serene spaces to unwind and soak in the vibrant atmosphere. With extended seating and custom-designed benches, these promenades provide the perfect backdrop for families and friends to relax between exploring the numerous attractions and events across the park.
Family-Friendly Attractions
Families can enjoy over 200 rides, games, and attractions, most of which are located at Carnaval®. Highlights include the popular Neon Galaxy X – Challenge Zone, the region's largest House of Fear, and a new treasure hunt adventure, Secrets of the Lost City. For thrill-seekers, the highly anticipated Exo City Planet will soon open, offering adrenaline-pumping experiences for visitors of all ages.
40,000+ Shows and a New Stunt Spectacle
Global Village Season 29 delivers a lineup of over 40,000 shows, featuring international performers, concerts, and street acts. One of the major highlights is the brand-new Cyber City Danger Zone Stunt Show, where guests can witness breathtaking stunts. International acts such as Urban Crew and AAINJAA will grace the main stage, along with the unique Haunted House show, adding even more excitement to this year's entertainment calendar.
For younger guests, the Kids Theatre offers fun-filled performances with beloved characters like PJ Masks, Peter Rabbit, and Octonauts.
Upgraded Parking and Directional Signs
To ensure a seamless experience for visitors, Global Village has enhanced its parking facilities and installed new directional signage both inside and outside the park, making navigation and access more convenient than ever before.
Flexible Ticketing Options
Tickets for Global Village Season 29 remain reasonably priced, with two options available. The Weekday Ticket, valid from Sunday to Thursday (excluding public holidays), is priced at AED 25, while the Any Day Ticket, which can be used any day including public holidays, is priced at AED 30. Tuesdays are reserved for families and ladies, adding an exclusive touch to weekday visits. Tickets can be purchased online through the official website or the Global Village mobile app.
In addition to the daily shows, the skies above Global Village will light up every Friday and Saturday with a dazzling fireworks display at 9:00 PM, creating a magical atmosphere for all visitors. Dragon Lake, a popular attraction, returns this year with a larger-than-life dragon and a captivating laser and fire show held at regular intervals throughout the day.
