Dubai: The Dubai Shopping Festival (DSF) is gearing up for its monumental 30th anniversary, which promises to be the most extraordinary edition in the festival’s history.
Running from 6 December 2024 to 12 January 2025, this year’s DSF will feature 38 days of non-stop entertainment, shopping deals, concerts, fireworks, and citywide experiences.
Organised by the Dubai Festivals and Retail Establishment (DFRE), the festival will span every corner of Dubai, offering endless activities for residents and visitors alike.
A milestone celebration of Dubai's growth
Established in 1996, DSF has been one of the first citywide shopping festivals in the world, aimed at positioning Dubai as a global destination.
Over the years, it has evolved into more than just a retail event, becoming a comprehensive celebration of everything that makes Dubai unique—from its live entertainment and world-class attractions to its hospitality and vibrant gastronomy scene.
Now, in its 30th year, DSF continues to be a key part of Dubai’s transformation into a modern, dynamic metropolis.
Action-packed calendar
The 30th edition of DSF will offer an unprecedented array of events, including A-list concerts, immersive fireworks and drone shows, and pop-up community experiences like Market Outside The Box (MOTB) and Canteen X.
The popular 321 Festival will also make a return, alongside thrilling adventures at Dubai’s theme parks, beach destinations, and outdoor attractions.
Shopping enthusiasts can look forward to the biggest-ever deals from over 1,000 international and local brands, and there will be numerous opportunities to win life-changing prizes through raffles.
Citywide spectacles to light up Dubai
Throughout the 38 days, Dubai’s skyline will be illuminated with nightly fireworks, free-to-watch drone shows, and captivating visual displays like the mesmerising Dubai Lights. The festival’s calendar will soon be released, providing residents and tourists with a comprehensive guide to make the most of Dubai’s perfect weather during this spectacular season.
