For the first time, Dubai’s iconic Burj Al Arab is launching a Ramadan tent, Al Diwan, offering an exclusive iftar and suhoor experience.
Known for its luxurious hospitality, the sail-shaped hotel is set to deliver an unforgettable dining affair, blending tradition with modern culinary artistry.
Three Iftar menus
Throughout Ramadan, Al Diwan will feature a rotating selection of three unique iftar menus. Guests can savour a variety of regional delicacies, including veal harees, chicken biryani, vegetable tagine, chicken laban emmo, and batata harra. Live cooking stations will serve fresh chicken shawarmas and mixed seafood barbecues, ensuring a dynamic culinary experience.
Iftar will be available daily from sunset until 8:30 PM, priced at Dh360 per person.
Suhoor under the stars
For suhoor, guests can enjoy family-style dining in a setting designed for relaxation and connection. The menu includes slow-cooked lamb ouzi with oriental rice and nuts, grilled king prawns, and an à la carte selection of beverages, including authentic Arabic coffee.
Suhoor will be served from 10 PM until 1 AM on weekdays and extended until 2 AM on weekends, priced at Dh260 per person.
Ambience and entertainment
The atmosphere at Al Diwan will be enriched with the scent of bakhoor, enhancing the traditional Ramadan feel. Guests will also be treated to live performances by kanoon and oud musicians, adding a touch of authentic Emirati culture to the experience.
