A call to action for brokers and the public

DLD urges all real estate brokers and companies to strictly adhere to the department's regulations. This ensures the market's sustainability and development. The public is also advised to be cautious and avoid engaging with any property advertisement that has not been approved by DLD.

The control measures focus on ensuring brokers comply with advertisement terms and conditions. This includes the presence of a properly functioning QR code that meets DLD specifications and accurately reflects the advertised property details.

By implementing these measures, DLD aims to create a more transparent and secure real estate environment for both investors and the general public in Dubai.
