-
Smart Police Stations (SPS): These innovative stations, located throughout Dubai and operational 24/7, provide a way to interact with police services without human intervention.
-
901 Call Center: This dedicated line allows tourists to make non-emergency calls for assistance.
-
Tourist Police Email: For written inquiries, tourists can reach out directly via email at touristpolice@dubaipolice.gov.ae.
These channels have proven successful, with over 3,509 queries and suggestions received by Dubai Police since the beginning of the year.
