Dubai: One Development, a boutique real estate developer based in UAE, announced a flagship AED 2 billion project in Dubai’s City of Arabia.
Located along Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Road, the City of Arabia the project integrates artificial intelligence (AI) to learn residents’ preferences for a futuristic living experience.
In a statement to TravelsDubai.com, One Development highlighted that the launch coincides with rising interest from international investors in prime real estate opportunities within the UAE. However, specific details and timelines for the project remain undisclosed.
