Saudi Arabia: With the Paris Paralympic Games just a week away, Saudi Arabia’s elite Paralympic athletes are intensifying their preparations in training camps spread across China, Poland, and the Netherlands.

Poland camp sees intense training

In Poland, a group of five Saudi athletes—Abdulrahman Al-Qurashi, Hassan Doushi, Noor Al-Sanaa, Ali Al-Nakhli, and Sarah Al-Jumah—are pushing their limits with demanding fitness and tactical drills. Taekwondo star Eyad Al-Turki and weightlifter Adnan Saeed are also part of this rigorous program. Their training is meticulously designed to peak just as they head to Paris on August 26.

China’s final push for table tennis star

Table tennis sensation Ghalia Al-Anzi is concluding a month-long training stint in China. This final phase has been marked by high-intensity practice sessions alongside members of the Chinese national team. Her camp wraps up next Saturday, right before she heads to the Games.

Equestrian excellence in the Netherlands

Meanwhile, in the Netherlands, equestrian Ahmed Sharbatly is deep into his training camp, which began on July 1. Sharbatly’s focus has been on fine-tuning specific movements and conducting intense training sessions with his horses, including motivational workouts three times a week.

As the Paralympians near the final stretch of their preparation, their dedication and hard work are set to make a powerful impact in Paris.
