Dubai: The DP World Tour is providing an opportunity for amateur golfers in the UAE to enhance their skills from an exclusive Player Clinic during the 2024 DP World Tour Championship at Jumeirah Golf Estates from November 14-17.
Titled “The Luckiest Society on Earth,” the competition invites golf societies to host tournaments before October 27. The top two performers from each participating society will earn spots in the Player Clinic, where they will receive expert tips and guidance to improve their game.
Several golf societies have already signed up, including the Social Golf Society, DREGS, Dubai Irish Golf Society, Emirates Gentlemen's Golf Society, Lighthouse Golf Society, Dubai Swingers, and Dubai Teachers Golf.

For those preferring a less traditional setting, indoor venues Five Iron Golf Dubai and SwingFIT Academies will also host competitions.

Notable competitors
The championship will feature notable competitors, including four-time Major champion Rory McIlroy and 2024 Olympic Silver Medallist Tommy Fleetwood, as the top 50 players on the DP World Tour’s Race to Dubai Rankings compete for the Harry Vardon Trophy.
For the first time, this year’s event forms part of the inaugural DP World Tour Play-Offs, a two-event series alongside the Abu Dhabi HSBC Championship, which takes place at Yas Links from November 7-10.
