DUBAI: The Pakistan Youth Forum (PYF) and Earth Warriorz have announced Extreme Hangout Dubai, an innovative event combining sustainability and youth empowerment.
Scheduled to take place on 24th January at the Pakistan Association Dubai, this gathering seeks to inspire youth, families, and professionals to tackle climate change through collaboration and innovation.
Promising a mix of interactive workshops, insightful talks, and engaging activities, the event aims to bring together changemakers from diverse backgrounds to build a sustainable future.
What to expect at the event
Participants can look forward to a vibrant marketplace featuring eco-friendly products, snacks, and unique shopping opportunities. Workshops conducted by industry experts will provide hands-on learning experiences and practical tools to combat climate challenges.

Key speakers
The event will feature influential speakers such as Amber Nuttall, Founder of Extreme Hangout; Emaan Danish Khan, Founder of Earth Warriorz; and Aisha Muhammad, Head of Education at PYF. Their sessions will focus on the transformative power of youth leadership, cross-sector collaboration, and innovative solutions to global climate challenges.

Pakistan Youth Forum
As a youth-driven initiative under the Pakistan Association Dubai, PYF empowers Pakistani youth in the UAE through leadership, education, and sustainability programmes. Its recent success, “Pakistan’s Road to COP29,” highlighted the pivotal role of youth in addressing environmental challenges.
Speaking about the upcoming event, Aisha Muhammad, Head of Education at PYF, remarked “Environmental sustainability and climate action are essential to securing a resilient future for our planet. With the success of ‘Our Road to COP29,’ Pakistan Youth Forum, together with Earth Warriorz, invites you all to create impactful solutions that drive meaningful change at Extreme Hangout Dubai.

Earth Warriorz
Led by young climate activist Emaan Danish Khan, Earth Warriorz focuses on spreading climate awareness through free educational courses and eco-friendly initiatives. The organisation’s collaborative approach enables widespread impact by partnering with global organisations.
Emaan expressed her excitement about the event, saying: “Youth empowerment is at the heart of this event – we are equipping young leaders with the knowledge, confidence, and network to drive climate solutions. Dubai, as a global hub, offers the perfect platform to amplify youth voices and showcase their innovations. Through dialogue and action, we can turn ideas into real impact. Extreme Hangouts
Since its inception in 2021, Extreme Hangouts has hosted 21 impactful events, including three at COP conferences, engaging over 30,000 visitors and speakers from 140 countries. The platform is dedicated to amplifying the voices of young changemakers and driving meaningful environmental action.

Building on COP28’s legacy
Dubai’s hosting of COP28 in 2023 marked a significant milestone in global climate discussions, with youth playing a key role in driving change. Events like PYF’s “Pakistan’s Road to COP29” have built on this legacy, addressing critical environmental issues and proposing actionable solutions such as reducing plastic waste, increasing tree plantations, and transitioning to electric vehicles.
Speakers at the event, including Faisal Niaz and Dawar Butt, emphasised the importance of youth-led initiatives in achieving sustainable practices.
Erfan Firouzi, Founder of The Wildlife Focus, shared his enthusiasm for participating in the event on 24th January, stating, “As the founder of The Wildlife Focus, I was honoured to collaborate with EarthWarriorz.org and Extreme Hangout in organising a transformative panel discussion that addressed the urgent challenges facing global biodiversity. Through this platform, we were able to highlight the pressing need for innovative conservation strategies and collective action to combat these critical issues effectively.
“As part of the event, I had the privilege of delivering the opening speech, where I underscored the importance of unity and forward-thinking solutions in tackling biodiversity loss. To inspire hope and a sense of community, I also performed an opera piece, merging the evocative power of art with the urgency of environmental advocacy to create a lasting impact on the audience.
“This experience reaffirmed my unwavering belief in the transformative potential of collaboration, creativity, and passion as essential tools for driving meaningful change and securing a sustainable future for our planet."
