Dubai to host inaugural Arabian Warrior OCR
New obstacle course racing brand launches with exciting 5km to 50km races, ladies-only heats, and team challenges on October 26th
Dubai: The highly anticipated Arabian Warrior OCR (Obstacle Course Racing) will take place in Dubai on October 26th. Tickets for this groundbreaking event are now available for purchase.
Arabian Warrior, which made its debut last week, will feature eight events across the UAE, KSA, and Qatar, kicking off with the Dubai event at Dubai Island by Nakheel.
Challenging obstacles and varied race options
Participants will face a demanding course with Arabic-themed obstacles. The event offers a range of race distances to suit all ages and fitness levels:

Junior Warrior (1.6km, ages 5-12)
The top three finishers per gender will earn cash prizes, while the Age Group heats will award medals to the top three.
Open Heats will be timed, but no podium places will be awarded. There will also be ladies-only heats and a final five-person Team Challenge requiring teamwork for ultimate glory.

Sheikh Abdullah Bin Hamad bin Saif Al Sharqi, the spokesperson for Arabian Warrior, expressed enthusiasm for the event, highlighting the extensive preparations and the inclusive nature of the races. Event details and ticket information
Race prices start from 180 dirhams for the 5km distance and 50 dirhams for the Junior Warrior. Attendees can also enjoy the Fan Village, which will feature entertainment and a variety of food and beverage options.
