Located in the South Sharqiya Governorate, approximately 337 km from Oman’s capital, Muscat, Sur lies on the northern side of Oman’s Eastern Coast. The city is celebrated for its stunning beaches and ports, which have been pivotal to its status as a key maritime center since ancient times. Additionally, Sur’s towering mountains and picturesque valleys provide unique tourist experiences, catering to a wide array of visitors.
