Dubai Land Department (DLD) has unveiled the highly anticipated agenda for the IPS 2025 Conference, scheduled to take place from 14 to 16 April 2025 at the Dubai World Trade Centre (DWTC).

Bringing together global real estate leaders, investors, and industry experts, the event promises to be a crucial platform for discussing emerging trends, innovative technologies, and market strategies shaping the future of real estate.

Majid Al Marri, CEO of the Real Estate Registration Sector at DLD and Chairman of the IPS Organising Committee, emphasised the significance of the conference in reinforcing Dubai’s position as a leading global real estate hub. He stated that IPS 2025 would provide key insights into investment opportunities, regulatory frameworks, and the evolving landscape of real estate technology.

Proptech revolution

One of the standout sessions at IPS 2025 will be the ‘Proptech Innovation Showcase: From Manpower to Tech-Power – How Modern Property Management is Transitioning from Labour-Intensive to Technology-Intensive.’ This discussion will highlight the shift towards automation, artificial intelligence (AI), and smart analytics in property management.

Industry pioneers will showcase how digital tools are streamlining operations, improving efficiency, and enhancing tenant experiences. The panel will include prominent figures such as Abdul Azim Osman, Co-Founder of Nawy – Africa’s largest proptech company, and Vitaly Berezka, Regional Head of Plan Radar. Other speakers include Alexander Karabet, CEO of Mansions Owners Association Management, Hamdan Al Kaitoob, VP at Deyaar Development PJSC, and Artyom Meltonyan, CEO of Deluxe Homes.

These experts will delve into the latest innovations in AI-driven property management, predictive maintenance, and smart home technologies, illustrating how real estate firms can leverage these tools to optimise costs and improve service delivery.

Another key focus at IPS 2025 will be real estate analytics, with Sam Mahrabod, CEO and Co-Founder of ROOMVU, presenting a session on ‘Real Estate Analytics: A Comprehensive Guide on Predictive Analytics for Large Real Estate Asset Owners.’

This discussion will explore how data analytics is transforming investment strategies by enabling real-time decision-making and predictive modelling. Attendees will gain insights into leveraging big data for risk assessment, market forecasting, and portfolio optimisation.

Adding to the theme of AI-driven advancements, Nikki Greenberg, Founder of Real Estate of the Future, will lead a session titled ‘AI and Machine Learning in Real Estate: How to Leverage AI to Predict Market Trends.’ This keynote will provide an in-depth look at how machine learning is enhancing property valuations, market insights, and customer engagement.

The IPS 2025 Conference will also spotlight the growing role of women in the real estate sector. Under the theme ‘Elevating Global Leadership in Real Estate,’ a series of panel discussions will highlight strategies to foster gender diversity and leadership opportunities.

With digital transformation reshaping client interactions, IPS 2025 will host a masterclass titled ‘Building Strong Client Relationships in a Digital Age: Strategies for Effective Client Communication and Retention.’ Led by Georg Ortner, Founder of Mackler Service AG, this session will focus on best practices for enhancing customer engagement and building long-term trust in an increasingly digital marketplace.
