Omniyat to invest AED 100 billion in next five years
Ultra-luxurious living is being redefined in Dubai
UAE: Dubai's renowned ultra-luxury real estate developer, OMNIYAT has set a target of reaching a total group portfolio value of AED 100 billion ($27.3 billion) in the next five years.
The company will invest half of the 100 billion on ultra-luxury properties and the remaining Dh 50 billion will be invested in building residential, commercial, and hospitality projects in the UAE and the broader GCC region.
