DUBAI: As temperatures soar across the UAE, runners can escape the heat by taking on an icy challenge.
DXB Snow Run 2025 is set to return on 18 May at Ski Dubai, offering participants a rare chance to race through snow in one of the world’s premier indoor ski venues.
Organised in partnership with Dubai Sports Council, this unique sporting event welcomes runners aged 13 to 70, whether competing solo or as part of a team.
Now in its sixth edition, DXB Snow Run has established itself as a must-attend event for fitness enthusiasts and adventure seekers alike. Last year’s race saw 600 athletes from 55 nationalities embrace the sub-zero challenge, making it a truly global competition. The 2025 edition promises even more excitement as participants take on the slopes in -4°C conditions.
Race categories & registration
Runners can choose between two race distances:
- 3 km – three laps around Ski Dubai’s snow-covered track
- 5 km – five laps through the icy terrain
Those eager to participate should act fast – registration is open until 15 May, but spots are limited and could sell out early. Runners can sign up via PremierOnline, with fees starting from Dh94.50.
Early-bird discounts of up to 30 percent are available for those registering before 7 April, making it the perfect opportunity to secure a spot at a reduced price.
