Dubai: Property Finder, the leading property portal in the MENA region, is fostering gender equality and empowering women in the UAE real estate sector with the return of its flagship "SheForShe Empowered by Property Finder" program.
Following a successful inaugural edition in 2023, the program provides aspiring female real estate professionals with invaluable guidance from industry leaders.
SheForShe is a fully-funded, six-month program that pairs selected mentees with accomplished female executives in the UAE real estate industry.
This year, nine ambitious women will be chosen to participate in the program, which offers:

Mentorship
The program is open to female professionals currently working in the UAE real estate industry with a minimum of two years of experience. This ensures participants can fully benefit from the advanced mentorship and development opportunities offered.
