DUBAI: The General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners Affairs – Dubai (GDRFA) has launched an integrated platform to simplify residency for government, semi-government, and free zone entities.

The new platform aims to reduce paperwork, expedite processes, and enhance efficiency for businesses operating in these sectors.

Announced on January 29, the platform, accessible via bundle.gdrfad.gov.ae, consolidates key residency services into a single interface. Establishments must register with a valid GDRFA establishment card, which serves as the company’s official identification when dealing with immigration and labour authorities.

The platform offers various essential services, including:

  • Entry Permit
  • Change of Status
  • Residency Visa Issuance and Renewal
  • Emirates ID Application
  • Medical Fitness Test

For Dubai-based businesses, the Work Bundle is available via Invest in Dubai (app.invest.dubai.ae), while companies in Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Fujairah, and Ras Al Khaimah can access it through the Federal Authority for Identity, Citizenship, Customs and Port Security (ICP) smart services portal (smartservices.icp.gov.ae).
