Dubai: In a significant move Dubai Municipality collaborates with Emaar Entertainment to prepare residents and businesses for the upcoming ban on all single-use bags, effective June 1, 2024.

To highlight the urgency, divers at the Dubai Aquarium displayed banners emphasizing the detrimental effects of plastic waste on marine life. This powerful visual serves as a stark reminder of the ecological crisis at hand.
"The impact of plastic waste on ocean life is staggering," said Dr. Ahmed Abdullah, a prominent figure within Dubai Municipality. "It is imperative that we act swiftly and decisively to mitigate this ecological crisis."
