DUBAI: Punjabi music sensation Karan Aujla has made headlines again, this time for his latest real estate acquisition.
The singer and songwriter, who wrapped up his ‘It Was All A Dream’ world tour in December 2024, has now secured a lavish multi-storey villa in Dubai’s high-end Wadi Villas development.
According to reports, Aujla spent a staggering INR50 crore (approximately Dh22 million) on the luxury property.
Born in Punjab, India, and now based in Canada, Aujla has built a strong international following. His hit tracks like Tauba Tauba, Don’t Worry and Lafaafe have topped charts, and in 2024, he made history as the first Punjabi artist to win the TikTok JUNO Fan Choice Award.

Real estate firm Arista Properties shared the news on Instagram, confirming the official signing ceremony at their Dubai headquarters.
